Serviceable Areas

  • We ship across India to serviceable PIN codes via trusted courier partners. Availability is shown at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Public holidays and high-volume periods may extend handling times.oreders are delivered within 5-10 business days

Estimated Delivery

  • Metros: 2–5 business days.
  • Other urban/semi-urban: 4–7 business days.
  • NE/Andaman & Nicobar: 5–10 business days.
  • Estimated dates appear at checkout and in order confirmation.

Shipping Charges

  • All charges are displayed in the total price before payment.

Tracking

  • We share tracking details via email/SMS on dispatch and show status in My Account > Orders.

Delivery Attempts & RTO

  • Couriers attempt up to 1–3 deliveries. If undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO). Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

  • If the parcel appears damaged or tampered, refuse delivery or record an unboxing video/photos and contact us within 48 hours for resolution.

Address Changes

  • Changes before dispatch are accommodated where possible. After dispatch, changes depend on the courier’s capability and may delay delivery.

COD Terms

  • Pay the exact amount to the courier at delivery. Repeated COD refusals may restrict future COD eligibility.
