Delivery Attempts & RTO
Couriers attempt up to 1–3 deliveries. If undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO). Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If the parcel appears damaged or tampered, refuse delivery or record an unboxing video/photos and contact us within 48 hours for resolution.
Address Changes
Changes before dispatch are accommodated where possible. After dispatch, changes depend on the courier’s capability and may delay delivery.
COD Terms
