Return & Refund Policy

Return

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items purchased on Sale are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be in its original packaging

Return Policy for Orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for return under standard guidelines, excluding the COD charge.
  • Refunds for Prepaid or COD orders will exclude the COD charge of INR 50/-
  • For damaged items, please provide images and a video, or explain the reason for return by emailing dashlineofficial@gmail.com.

Item Condition

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • For damaged or defective products, share clear photos or video within 24-48 hours of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  • Email: dashlineofficial@gmail.com with Order ID, item(s), and reason or contact us via Call/WhatsApp.
  • We arrange pickup where available. If self-shipping is needed, send to our return address provided by support and include the Order ID on the package.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item passes a quality check, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–15 business days (bank/gateway timelines may vary).
  • COD orders: refunded to your UPI ID or bank account after verification.
  • You may choose store credit instead of a refund.

Store Credit

  • Store credit must be used within 90 days; expired credits cannot be reissued.
  • All returned items must be brand new, unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that appear worn, washed, or altered.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted only for size issues, incorrect products, or damaged items.
  • Exchanges and returns are accepted once per order.
  • Customized or altered items and sale items are not eligible.

Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Orders can only be canceled if they haven’t left our warehouse. Once you receive the tracking ID, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • To cancel, email us at dashlineofficial@gmail.com or contact us via Call/WhatsApp with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Possible reasons: payment failure, invalid address, inventory errors, or suspected fraud. Any collected amount will be refunded promptly.

Grievance Redressal
